Very nice stay, very responsive with anything we asked

Great information regards to check in. Good communication throughout. Was everything I needed for my stay.

Chaim was very communicative and friendly. It is not easy to find a such nice place for reasonable price which is close to central London. Overall we have been satisfied with this place.

Convenient no-frills sleeping space. 
It matches the description exactly - small and minimal, everything essential and nothing more. It warmed up fast and cooled fast, so in December we needed the heating on all the time. Very comfy big bed, small one hard. 
Very close to good bus services, and superb small supermarket opposite. 
Two small drawbacks: no heating in the shower room caused a lot of condensation, and no blind on the glass door meant we were disturbed all night by a nearby security light flashing on and off, until we rigged up a coat on a hanger. Bring your airline eye shade.

It was a peaceful stay at Sam's place. The flexibility and quick response from the hosts was very much appreciated. Thank you Sam and co hosts.

Nice , little place , perfect for 2 people. Mr. chaim was very responsive , give correct guidance about the access and free parking at the road . Train station is a mile away from accomodation but you can park by the station for free. Mr. Chaim let us to check in early as the place was free for the day. Definitely recommend to others and prefer to say again.

Chaim is a superb host! He’s always so responsive to any queries I had (including how to lock the door etc). He always responded within an hour or sometimes quicker. The place was clean and comfortable, looked exactly like the pictures! The only downside was the location as it was very far away from everywhere else, but still, would recommend his place for a quick few days stay or if you plan on living somewhere quiet and private.

the host was great! the place was great the only thing is that the 3rd bed was a bit small! the place was extremely clean!

Chaim était un hôte très réactif si il y a un problème il répond dans les minutes qui suivent.
Seul bémol est que il y’a un problème avec la ventilation dans la salle de bain donc pas mal de condensation 
Mais sinon pour ce rendre dans le centre de Londres ça ne prend pas plus d’une heure le train ou le bus est tres facile d’accès c’est un quartier paisible mais seul point embêtant c’est la le détecteur de lumière du voisin qui reste allumer constamment donc penser à cacher la porte avec un vetement,

Was exactly as advertised & perfect for my requirements. Chain was very quick to respond & helpful. I think they could provide new bed spread & sheet but I loved all of the pillows. All in all a perfect little bolt hole

It’s a cute, little apartment me and my friends spent 3 nights at! Was a great place to hang only for a short trip though. It was very cold in that area, especially in the apartment if you leave the heater off for only a second. 
We knew the apartment was far from the actual city but without a car it takes forever to get there. Also there was not much around our air bnb except one store. Good thing was that the bus stops are very near though. 
We also noticed a few stains on our bed sheets unfortunately. Not too dramatic but wasn’t nice to see.

Chaim always reacted very quickly to my messages and made sure everything was fine. He also is very cooperative to fix problems if there was one.
All in all, nice apartment for a short trip!

The place looks exactly what is on the picture .. and the host is very friendly,  if you are coming to london I will advice you   Go ahead  with  your reservation, it is very close to transportation links (both bus and trains )

This place is very clean and tidy. The owner on conversations is pleasant and communicative, he always responds quickly to messages. There's also a supermarket and restaurants 5 minutes walk away. I will remember my stay on this place very well. The only drawback was the lack od washing machine which was on the description but everything else was perfect. If i had that chance I would definitely come back here

Bardzo dobrze wytłumaczona droga do mieszkania. Nie było problemu z trafieniem i odebraniem kluczy ze skrytki. Spokojna okolica, do centrum Londynu trzeba jechać ok. godziny autobusami. Komunikatywny i miły gospodarz- mieliśmy kontakt przez what's up. Czyste mieszkanie, idealne na parę nocy.

Really enjoyed my stay at Chaim's. The place was equipped with everything you need. Great location. I will definitely be staying here again

Small and compact. Clean and adequate for 2 people. Next to bus stop and opposite Tesco Express
